Supporting Farmers. Strengthening Canada.
The Canadian Sugar Beet Producers Association (CSBPA) is the national voice for Canada’s hardworking and dedicated sugar beet farmers. As a non-profit, we support farmers through government advocacy, sustainability programs, and policy development that protect their livelihood and strengthen Canada’s food system. In turn, this provides local jobs, ethical farming, and homegrown products you can trust.
Our goal is simple: a stronger, greener future for Canada.

Support Canadian Sugar
Canada is the only G7 nation without a Domestic Sugar Policy (DSP)—an oversight that puts homegrown sugar at risk. DSP's prioritize local sugar production, and without one, Canadian sugar beet growers are forced to unfairly compete with heavily subsidized, imported cane sugar. This imbalance undermines sustainable agriculture, rural economies, and our national food security. But the good news? It doesn't have to be this way!
